Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. or APEC Schools is a non-sectarian chain of private high schools based in the Philippines. APEC is formed under a joint venture agreement between Ayala Corporation and the United Kingdom-based educational company Pearson PLC through their Affordable Learning Fund. In 2016, APEC Schools currently have 27 branches across Metro Manila and Calabarzon regions. Affordable Private Education Center (APEC) Schools by AC Education, an Ayala company, provides students access to world-class education at an affordable price. Our mission is to prepare our students for college and / or professional employment. We operate a chain of private high schools offering Grades 7 through 12. We follow the Philippines Department of Education's K-12 curriculum, and all our branches have permits to operate. Our progressive teaching methods encourage active and collaborative learning. For applicants to Grade 7, we do not implement entrance tests, only diagnostic assessments to determine the specific development needs of each student. At APEC Schools, we offer full English immersion, technology-based learning system and employment readiness through our Employer Partner Network program.
